This is a six-week online group program with weekly calls for women ready to take a breath, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.
Each week, we'll open by grounding into that week's theme. There will be resources and practices to explore it more deeply, time in full-group sharing and smaller, more intimate breakouts, and toward the end of the call, we'll come together to integrate what surfaced and name how you'll carry it forward.
Logistics
6–8 women
90-minute weekly calls for 6 weeks, via Zoom — recordings available after each session
Wednesdays at 12:30 PM EST — September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7
Future ongoing cohorts may be offered
What It Costs
$350 for the group, initial beta pricing for this group only.
$550 for the group plus a private 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with Melissa. This is a discounted private coaching rate available only to group members.
